Ocean Adventure Tour Guide
Full / Part Time | La Jolla

Qualifications:
- Guide kayak and snorkel tours in La Jolla Underwater Park & Ecological Reserve - provide a safe, fun and exciting experience for our guests
- Ensure that all tours are conducted to the relevant safety standards, including interpretive delivery, customer service, timeliness & safety
- Responsible for all aspects of tour operation, including but not limited to; gear loading and unloading, safe and proper kayak operation, group safety and management, guest gear outfitting and cleaning, and more
- Fulfill and perpetuate company values: Make fun happen, create cool products, use business to protect the environment
This position has physical and skill requirements. Position may be full or part time depending on seasonal needs
Surf Lesson Instructor

Retail Sales Specialist
Full / Part Time | La Jolla & Huntington Beach

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly team player to assist customers with apparel and gear, provide top-notch service, and share the stoke for the coastal lifestyle. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space. Shop and Rental Staff
Full / Part Time | Huntington Beach
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the ocean, thrives on keeping things organized, and enjoys working with people. You'll oversee daily shop operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from open to close, and lead and support a small team by helping with scheduling, training, and day-to-day guidance. You'll manage retail inventory for hardgoods, including ordering, restocking, and keeping the shop well-merchandised and ready for customers, plus lead SUP and kayak tours through Huntington Beach Harbour, delivering a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests. You'll also maintain rental equipment to ensure gear is clean, functional, and ready to go, and handle customer service, troubleshooting issues while keeping the shop running with a positive, welcoming vibe.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail or shop management, ideally in an outdoor, water sports, or similar environment
- Strong organizational skills, especially around inventory management and ordering

- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle the day-to-day demands of a busy beachside shop
- Love for the ocean and a passion for sharing that with others
