1.1 All tour participants are expected to arrive 30 minutes early.
1.2 Anyone arriving less than 10 minutes before their tour will be considered a no-show.
1.3 Anyone arriving late will not be refunded, but may reschedule their reservation for 50% of retail price of future reservation.
2.1 Reservations must be cancelled at least 48-hours before your tour. Reservations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
2.2 Changing or rescheduling your reservation within 48-hours is subject to rescheduling fee of 50% of retail price of future reservation, and no refunds will be provide for initial booking.
2.3 Non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged in FULL, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.
3.1 Reservations must be cancelled at least 10 days in advance of your tour.
3.2 Non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50%, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.
3.3 If the group reservation is on a summer weekend, non-cancellations and no-shows will be charged in FULL.
4.1 Once you hit the sand (for all water sports) there are no refunds unless lifeguards or tour guide shuts down the tour. We cannot refund if conditions do not permit entry into the caves as this is out of or control due to mother nature and the ever changing conditions of the ocean. Safety is our number one priority.
4.2 We want to get you on the water and credit can be applied in certain circumstances.
4.3 There is no expiration on the credit and it is transferable to friends and family. (However, it cannot be used on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
4.4 No refunds will be provide if participants are late, miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of reservation.
Not stoked on what you bought? No worries. Send it back to the Shores, no questions asked return policy within 60 days of your purchase. Quick heads up that we do not accept returns or exchanges for previously worn or washed gear or items bought at discount. In the outside chance there is a manufacturing defect on our part, we will honor your return regardless.
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.)
